These terms apply to Split, Prompt, Monitor and Remote, the apps distributed by Runners Co., Ltd. This page restates the license file in each app's repository; the original text of each is linked below.

Monitor

Monitor and its source code belong to Runners Co., Ltd. The source code is published so that people can read what the app does; it is not open source.

You may download and use the Monitor app that Runners Co., Ltd. distributes, free of charge.

You may not copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense or sell this source code or any part of it, or build and distribute apps from it, without written permission from Runners Co., Ltd.

Monitor is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall Runners Co., Ltd. be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from, out of or in connection with Monitor or the use or other dealings in it.

Remote

Remote and its source code belong to Runners Co., Ltd. The source code is published so that people can read what the app does; it is not open source.

You may download and use the Remote app that Runners Co., Ltd. distributes, free of charge.

RUNNERS Account

RUNNERS accounts are free. You log in to Split, Prompt, Monitor, Remote, and runners.im with the same email and password.

Create your account with an email address you use yourself, and don't share your password with anyone. If the person who uses an email address tells us an account was created with it, we may delete that account.

You can delete your account at any time. How to delete it and what information your account holds are described in the RUNNERS Account section of the Privacy Policy.
